I am a very enthusiastic user of KeePass and have always wondered how I can seriously use my passwords anywhere, so I really never have to remember a password again!
We want to secure our services with TLS via our reverseproxy and automate as much as possible so that we have less work with it!
We want to be able to offer all our services securely, ideally on port 443, uniformly and centrally controlled, with a reverse proxy!
In the article "Store your data at home, e.g. on a NAS!" I explained how to, among other things, can bring your data from the cloud to your own living room. Now we go a step further, we try to bring our contacts and calendars from the cloud (mostly mail providers like Google or Outlook and co) into our living room as well.
I didn’t want to send my data about America any more! That was the idea that made me think about another solution to my data storage. I’m an IT’s, so I quickly thought about what I would need to set up a small server at home that can meet my new requirement.
